You'll manage and deliver training programs in Cortica's whole-child approach while serving as an ABA supervisor overseeing clinical programming. You'll drive clinical excellence through orientation coordination, auditing, and feedback at a fast-growing pediatric care company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person orientation and train teammates as Orientation Lead.
• Audit and observe clinicians for alignment with whole-child approach.
• Identify center training needs based on clinical quality data.
• Complete assessment and treatment plans following clinical and insurance guidelines.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
• 5+ years as a clinical and operational leader in ABA.
• 3+ years leadership experience in a high-growth or large-scale organization.
