💼 About This Role

You'll act as a technical cornerstone for our engineering team, setting high standards for architecture, mentorship, and execution. You'll lead the design of our scalable end-to-end platform and influence the technical direction of our proprietary AI and data pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape and advance the architecture of our full-stack platform.
• Design and manage complex components in multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP).
• Serve as technical link among data engineers, data scientists, ML researchers, and product teams.
• Lead implementation of CI/CD, define testing strategies, set code review standards.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in full stack software development.
• At least 2 years in a staff-level or comparable technical leadership position.
• Mastery of modern web and back-end technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), distributed systems architecture, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems across team boundaries and large data volumes.

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React) and backend technologies (Go, Python, Rust).
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
