You'll oversee daily logistics and driver operations at our Hayward transfer station, ensuring efficient waste transport that supports frontline healthcare workers. You'll manage routing, compliance, and team performance to maintain service continuity. This second-shift role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide daily pre-departure support and safety meetings
• Monitor driver routing to maximize productivity
• Conduct route debriefs and resolve issues
• Manage driver performance and development

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a management or supervisory role
• Clean 10-year DMV record (dated within 30 days)
• Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe cargo handling

✨ Nice to Have

• 24+ months verifiable commercial driving experience
• CDL experience in healthcare, food & beverage, or retail
• Experience with routing software (Samsara, Omnitracs)
