Description

As a Director of Strategic Accounts at Motive, you will develop and close business with Fortune 500 prospects, selling into companies powering the physical economy. You'll leverage your enterprise sales expertise to build C-suite relationships, drive RFP wins, and expand key accounts while collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Deep Enterprise sales experience partnering with F500 or F1000 clients
  • 7+ years of SaaS or industry relevant Enterprise field sales experience
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing book of business
  • Ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and influence outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset for charting short, medium, and long-term sales goals

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new Strategic business through developing C-Suite and executive relationships
  • Develop champions within prospects to ensure RFP wins and grow contractual-based business
  • Partner with internal account team and leverage analytics to optimize buying decisions
  • Resolve problems by identifying issues, thinking critically, and implementing solutions
  • Work with technical resources to demonstrate integration value and partner ecosystem
