Requirements
- 8+ years professional experience in game industry focusing on real-time animation systems
- Proficient in C++ and Python with strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Shipped at least one AAA game with high-quality animation systems
- Solid foundation in 3D math
- Experience with modern runtime animation techniques like motion matching and runtime rigs
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable real-time animation systems and pipelines
- Collaborate with animators, technical artists, and designers for high-fidelity character performance
- Contribute to animation architecture including state machines, IK systems, and procedural motion
- Optimize runtime performance and memory usage across platforms
