🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult with HR and business leaders on compensation matters.
• Design and communicate global total rewards packages.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for internal equity and competitiveness.
• Maintain compensation tools and vendor partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant compensation and data analysis experience.
• Experience designing compensation models and job architecture for a global organization.
• Expert level Excel skills.
• Knowledge of compensation data sources relevant to high-tech industry.
