💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoom Contact Center solutions for enterprise clients. You'll design and deploy omnichannel contact center applications across Voice, IVR, Chat, Email, and SMS. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting to drive CX transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation and deployment of Zoom Contact Center solutions
• Design, configure, and test omnichannel contact center applications
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Zoom Contact Center and UC environments
• 2+ years of software development experience (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++)
• Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture and implementations
• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, Zendesk)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Industry certifications in Zoom Contact Center or related technologies
• Experience with Conversational AI platforms and automation tools
