You'll join the Payout team at Back Market, building the payment infrastructure for a global refurbished device marketplace. You'll work across the stack to ensure sellers and customers are paid quickly, securely, and reliably. This role offers a chance to modernize a monolith into a service-oriented architecture with technologies like Python, Golang, and Kubernetes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain payment services across the stack
• Design and implement scalable payment infrastructure
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Monitor and support production systems in a build-it-run-it model

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of backend development experience
• System design skills for distributed systems
• Experience with microservices and APIs
• Fullstack mindset with end-to-end product thinking

• Experience with Python, Golang, or similar languages
• Knowledge of payment or fintech domains
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP
