💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary ADA compliance support contact for in-force operations and co-insured business. You'll research legal and regulatory requirements for ADA matters and review claim files for compliance. This hybrid role offers a chance to work on regulatory audits and compliance projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review POA, ownership, and beneficiary changes for compliance.
• Conduct SOC audits and support market conduct exams.
• Review ADA claim files for compliance and quality standards.
• Assist with state reporting and MCAS filings.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years legal research or 7-10 years life/annuity experience
• Experience with periodic operational testing and reporting
• Knowledge of life/disability claim investigation and review processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn OnBase and CAB

✨ Nice to Have

• J.D. preferred
• Experience implementing procedural enhancements
