You'll lead clinical operations across multiple markets to drive performance in value-based care. You'll oversee Risk Adjustment, Quality, and Cost of Care programs to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead clinical operations across multiple markets including Risk Adjustment and Quality
• Design and enforce standard operating procedures and governance frameworks
• Manage end-to-end workflows like clinical documentation review and coding validation
• Partner with market leadership to monitor performance metrics and execute corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience in value-based care or population health
• 3+ years leading multi-market Risk Adjustment and/or Quality programs
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with HEDIS, risk adjustment coding, and healthcare performance metrics
