📋 Requirements

• MBA required
• 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or analytical TA/HR role
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Exceptional business acumen and ability to connect TA to business objectives
