💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one high-acuity care to trach and vent dependent infant clients in their homes. You'll develop advanced skills in tracheostomy and ventilator management with paid training. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work with rare diagnoses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to infant clients with tracheostomy and ventilator dependence
• Manage NG tube feedings and oxygen therapy as needed
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise system
• Collaborate with clinical support team for client care

📋 Requirements

• Current LPN license in New Jersey
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Valid CPR certification in good standing
