💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and deliver innovation initiatives at the intersection of strategy, operations, marketing, and sales for Crisp. You'll manage multiple workstreams, align specialized contributors, and ensure marketing and sales efforts are operationally sound. This role offers direct influence on revenue and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day PM of innovation quarterly goals across marketing, sales, operations, product, and technology
• Coordinate task management of 5-10 contracted experts, ensuring clarity on priorities and timelines
• Manage marketing-driven initiatives like website design and campaign rollouts
• Translate high-level direction into detailed project plans, task lists, and timelines

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in project management, marketing operations, or program management
• Marketing background with experience supporting go-to-market work like website launches and campaigns
• Strong working fluency with ClickUp or similar PM tools for tracking complex projects
• High comfort and curiosity with AI tools, using them to improve speed and quality

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating closely with Director-level and above stakeholders, including CEOs
• Data-minded and comfortable pulling, analyzing, and summarizing reports
• Experience task managing external partners or contractors
