You'll build and scale the systems, processes, and insights powering Plooto's go-to-market engine. You'll drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to enable predictable revenue growth. This role sits at the center of modernizing GTM operations with AI and automation to make teams faster and smarter.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end revenue engine across Marketing and Sales
- Build hybrid product-led and sales-supported growth model
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Lead CRM (Salesforce) strategy, governance, and optimization
๐ Requirements
- 7โ10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Hands-on ownership of modern revenue tech stack
- Demonstrated experience applying AI and automation to improve GTM performance

- Fintech experience
- Strong analytical skills with SQL, BI tools, or data platforms
- MBA or relevant certifications
