Description

You will oversee financial performance for assigned projects, focusing on budget consumption, invoicing, and cash flow. You'll prepare and analyze financial reports, collaborate with project managers, and support project closeouts while managing vendor contracts and optimizing processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Project Management Standard and Great Plains system
• Prior experience in project analysis and ASC 606 revenue recognition preferred
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Prepare, reconcile, analyze, and report project KPIs
• Review actual and planned resources, flag discrepancies to project managers
• Handle project closeout reconciliations and escalate issues
• Coordinate with Project Managers on change orders, resourcing, and budgets
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor contracts, act as contact point for resources
