Description

You will work closely with supply chain, business development and other teams to structure, draft, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements, including those for vehicle systems, IP, strategic partnerships, SaaS, and more. You will own the contracting process, partner with cross-functional teams, and train the company on legal best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as a lawyer in technology-focused organization
• Deep commercial contracting expertise and familiarity with IP terms
• Proven combination of legal instincts and business acumen
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities
• Admitted to at least one state bar (California preferred)
