Description

You will lead the merchandising strategy, line architecture, and commercial performance for the work boot category, balancing consumer insights and financial goals to build a profitable assortment. You'll work cross-functionally to translate market feedback into informed decisions and guide go-to-market readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising or category management
  • Experience in senior/strategic role with assortment planning, pricing, and GTM execution
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle, SKU rationalization, and pricing architecture
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end merchandising strategy for Utility product line
  • Own seasonal line architecture and multi-year roadmap
  • Optimize product portfolio through data-driven lifecycle planning and SKU management
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Insights to identify whitespace and commercial opportunities
  • Direct GTM process and develop merchandising tools for internal and external stakeholders
