🎯 What You'll Do

• Design clear, usable solutions for complex user workflows
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams
• Conduct user research to understand investigator needs
• Create and iterate on designs using Figma

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant UX or product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
• Strong English communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing data-heavy or investigative tools
• Knowledge of Swedish language
• Familiarity with WCAG guidelines for accessibility
