💼 About This Role

You'll join SumUp's P2P team to process vendor invoices and support month-end close across multiple European entities. Your work ensures financial accuracy for millions of small businesses. This role offers a strong foundation in accounting within a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and post vendor invoices and credit notes across multiple entities
• Manage accounts payable mailbox, respond to vendor and internal queries
• Assist with travel and expense transaction processing
• Contribute to month-end close activities including accruals and bank postings

📋 Requirements

• Solid foundational knowledge of accounting principles (debits, credits, invoice posting)
• Comfortable with Excel for data entry and basic analysis
• Ability to manage workload accurately under deadlines in high-volume environment
• Fluency in English for clear communication

• Experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with P2P processes
• Previous accounting internship or role
