📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline
• Extensive experience in clinical research or CRO environments
• Proven experience managing enterprise technology solutions including implementation
• Experience in business analysis, solution prioritization, and backlog management
• Experience in global, matrixed environments across multiple time zones
