Description

You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Duties include answering questions, scanning tickets, seating guests, and enforcing venue policies. You'll also assist with emergency evacuations and monitor guest conduct.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in loud, fast-paced environment
• Stand or walk up to 7 hours
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions and direct to venue areas
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands
• Greet guests and resolve complaints
• Seat guests and assist ADA patrons
• Enforce venue policies and assist in emergencies
