💼 About This Role

You'll execute and optimize high-volume paid acquisition channels for the world's largest AI companionship platform. You'll manage campaign execution and performance analysis to help scale from 50M to 100M users, with direct support from senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google
• Monitor campaign performance and flag anomalies using Voluum and GA4
• Support creative testing by preparing ad concepts and audience tests
• Pull and organize performance data for weekly strategic reviews

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Understanding of major ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google
• Analytical skills with data/Excel proficiency
• Ability to learn new software and dashboards quickly

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Voluum)
• Experience in regulated verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth)
