You will partner with mid-level and emerging leaders in the Devices, Product and Technology organization, providing strategic HR support including performance management, talent development, and organizational change. Your work will enable high-performing teams and drive consistency and impact across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant People Business Partner experience, ideally in tech, product, and engineering in high-growth environment
• Proficient in coaching, influencing, problem-solving, and facilitation
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and introduce structure
• Demonstrated success in data-driven solutions to solve business challenges
• Uncompromising integrity and ethics with commitment to transparency

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align People Team initiatives with business strategy and ensure right talent in place
• Diagnose and improve organizational performance using tools and informal awareness
• Coach leaders on talent development and model desired behaviors
• Advise on employee performance issue remediation and manage performance improvement plans
• Drive People Team initiatives like toolkit development and process improvement
