You'll define client success strategy, drive retention and expansion across strategic accounts, and build executive-level partnerships to deliver measurable ROI. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Client Success Managers
- Define and operationalize enterprise client success strategies
- Oversee health, retention, and expansion of strategic enterprise relationships
- Drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio expansion
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B or B2B2C client success or account management
- 5+ years managing teams responsible for enterprise-level portfolios
- Proven success managing and growing large enterprise portfolios with retention and expansion accountability
- Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders
