  • Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Client Success Managers
  • Define and operationalize enterprise client success strategies
  • Oversee health, retention, and expansion of strategic enterprise relationships
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio expansion

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B or B2B2C client success or account management
  • 5+ years managing teams responsible for enterprise-level portfolios
  • Proven success managing and growing large enterprise portfolios with retention and expansion accountability
  • Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders
