💼 About This Role

You'll manage 125-150 top digital creators on Whop, each doing $50k+/month in revenue. You'll ensure 100% logo retention and drive 120% Net Revenue Retention (NRR) quarterly. This role reports to the Head of Account Management and is based in our Brooklyn office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a book of 125-150 top creators
• Own Slack Connect channels with creators
• Conduct kickoff calls and strategy check-ins
• Feed product insights to engineering team

📋 Requirements

• Experience in coaching, course, agency, or e-com space
• Proven ability to manage high-value relationships
• Fast responsiveness with sub-5-minute SLA
• Fixer mentality to hunt down solutions
