You'll provide 3rd-level technical support for NATO CIS services and IT/Data Management, ensuring service availability and supporting fault diagnosis. Your work will directly impact the security and effectiveness of NATO's communications infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 3rd-level technical support for CIS services and architecture
• Perform fault diagnosis using IT service management systems
• Supervise routine maintenance of infrastructure and IT equipment
• Maintain system documentation and execute backup/restore procedures

📋 Requirements

• CompTIA A+ certification
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vSAN, NSX)
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2012R2/2016 and Active Directory
• Experience with VEEAM Backup & Replication

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of NATO or defence IT environments
• Experience with HP MSA storage
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
