🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer risk reviews and KYC/KYB onboarding workflows
• Oversee sanctions screening and adverse media review operations
• Build scalable risk procedures and governance frameworks
• Partner with Legal, Security, and GTM teams on risk controls

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer risk operations, KYC/KYB, AML or sanctions compliance
• Experience with scalable onboarding and screening workflows
• Strong knowledge of sanctions regimes and KYC/KYB requirements
• Ability to integrate tools like Persona, Salesforce, or OneTrust

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at high-growth technology, fintech, or platform companies
• Certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or CTPRP
• Familiarity with enterprise customer onboarding and GTM operations
