Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the payment experience and drive subscription retention across the Roku ecosystem. You'll enhance payment flows, run A/B tests, define retention mechanisms, and collaborate with engineering, UX, legal, and business teams to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience; consumer subscriptions/streaming preferred
• Ability to engage with Engineering on technical details
• Strong collaborator who builds consensus and writes thoughtful requirements
• Track record of executing plans end-to-end
• Comfort with instrumentation and experimentation at scale

Responsibilities

• Enhance consumer payment experiences to increase purchase conversion
• Drive payment method enhancements to give users choice
• Define and ship retention mechanisms (cancellation save offers, win-back, discovery)
• Run A/B tests to quantify impact of payment and retention features
• Partner with Customer Care to design refund experiences and policies
