You'll serve as the primary point of contact for support requests, diagnosing issues across Twingate deployments on multiple platforms and environments. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and product improvement by collaborating with senior engineers and providing structured feedback. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Triaging and routing inbound support requests via email, portal, and Slack.
  • Diagnosing technical issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android clients.
  • Analyzing logs, packet captures, and configurations to find root cause.
  • Documenting findings and improving knowledge base and runbooks.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years in technical support, IT, or help desk role.
  • Solid foundation in TCP/IP networking (DNS, routing, NAT, firewalls).
  • Comfortable troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Exposure to major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and identity providers.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience supporting remote access or security tools (VPN, ZTNA).
  • Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
  • Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
