As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at MongoDB, you will guide customers in designing reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. You'll work closely with sales executives to win deals, act as a trusted advisor to diverse users, and drive customer success.

Requirements

• 8-11 years customer-facing experience, 5-7 years pre-sales in enterprise software
• Minimum 3 years with modern scripting or popular programming languages
• Experience with scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Demonstrated ability to review complex architectures and provide guidance
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and pipeline generation
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure customer success
