Description

You will lead commercialization activities for Inspire's sleep apnea therapy in the Fort Worth metro area, achieving sales targets and driving implant growth. You'll assess new accounts, coordinate with marketing and operations, and ensure centers follow patient selection and therapy protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years sales experience in Medical Device or Pharma, or 5 years without degree, or 3 years at Inspire in clinical setting
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines
• Ability to travel within territory including overnights

Responsibilities

• Drive implant growth to achieve sales plan through account activation and patient throughput
• Orchestrate commercial site assessment, selection, and development
• Ensure commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines and implant techniques
• Facilitate local payer education and development process
• Work with marketing and sales operations to refine outreach programs
