Description

You will provide direct patient care as a CNA, supporting hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety. You'll work across multiple Bethesda communities, document in patient records, and collaborate with charge nurses to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• CNA certification in Missouri and Illinois
• Two years experience required, three years preferred
• Long-term care and rehab experience required
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Ability to transfer/ move patients weighing 200+ lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety
• Document patient care, vital signs, weights, and intake/output accurately
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
• Turn and reposition residents every 2 hours; reposition seated residents every hour
• Maintain supplies and equipment, ensure charge items are entered correctly
