Description

You will own the operating architecture that enables Klaviyo to execute—strategy, planning, cross-functional execution, leadership alignment, and board communication. You'll drive the annual planning process, manage OKRs, define company KPIs, and lead top strategic initiatives, all while championing AI adoption and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 12+ years in business operations, strategic operations, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth technology companies, ideally with hypergrowth and post-IPO experience
• Proven track record of building and running a company-wide operating system including OKRs, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution
• Extensive experience partnering with C-suite executives, boards, and leadership teams to drive alignment and operational rigor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to conduct root cause analysis and manage complex cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated cultural leadership and ability to model extreme ownership and champion AI adoption

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and multi-year operating planning process aligning leadership team on priorities and connecting initiatives to the Annual Operating Plan
• Own company-wide OKR process end-to-end: set, cascade, review quarterly, communicate progress, and hold owners accountable
• Define and manage company KPIs across functions; run regular performance reviews and operational audits
• Drive automation of KPIs and OKR results using AI tools for real-time visibility
• Own the management operating system: design meetings, cadences, and decision forums to move the company forward
