You'll deliver value-based cancer care in a community-based setting with strong clinical support. You'll focus on patient care while being supported by an integrated care model that reduces administrative burden.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hematology/oncology care to patients in a community-based practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and tumor boards
• Participate in shared call structure (Q4 weekends)
• Contribute to clinical trials and research initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
• Valid medical license to practice in California
• Ability to join a growing practice with established referral network

• Interest in leadership roles such as Medical Director
• Experience as Principal Investigator for clinical trials
