You'll join our 24/7 Technical Operations Center team to ensure high availability and reliability of global game infrastructure. You'll act as a key escalation point for incidents, driving resolution and maintaining performance standards. This role offers hands-on experience with cloud and on-premise systems in a fast-paced gaming environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor production applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as primary point of contact during major incidents.
• Document post-incident postmortems and root cause analysis.
• Manage and resolve technical service requests and tickets.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in large-scale production networks or systems operations.
• Strong grasp of reliability engineering principles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting a globally distributed team.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of VMware, Linux, or Windows in production.
