💼 About This Role

You'll own the planning, forecasting, and control of Teya's operational expense base across the business, partnering with senior stakeholders. You'll build robust cost frameworks and provide data-driven insights to support leadership and Board decisions. This role offers the chance to impact a rapidly scaling fintech that serves small businesses across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own OpEx planning, forecasting, and analysis across all cost lines.
• Lead the annual budgeting process with the Head of FP&A and CFO.
• Manage the monthly expense cycle, including variance analysis.
• Prepare OpEx reporting for senior leadership and Board.
• Partner with department heads to align budgets with operational plans.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience owning OpEx planning in a high-growth or technology-driven business.
• Strong understanding of cost structures, including fixed vs variable costs and headcount modelling.
• Experience managing the full budgeting cycle from annual planning to monthly forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
