💼 About This Role

You'll own the go-to-market infrastructure at a manufacturing AI startup, spanning CRM, outbound tooling, and custom systems. Your work directly impacts pipeline efficiency and revenue conversion. This role blends deep engineering with strategic partnership to sales and marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and optimize CRM, outbound, and enrichment stack (Attio, Clay, Apollo, Outreach).
• Build custom systems in Python and TypeScript where off-the-shelf tools fall short.
• Create AI-powered workflows using Claude Code for automation and content generation.
• Partner with sales and marketing to improve outbound conversion and pipeline metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years building and owning GTM or RevOps infrastructure end to end.
• Strong programming ability in Python and TypeScript, with SQL fluency.
• Deep experience with Attio (or comparable CRM), Clay, Apollo, and Instantly.
• Track record with Claude Code or comparable agentic development environments.

• Experience with technical SEO and AEO improvements.
• Familiarity with content automation and pipeline analytics.
• Knowledge of SOC2 compliance and data handling.
