Description

You will be part of a highly talented team ensuring high availability of mission-critical services like IaaS, Build Deploy, Research, and Trading. You will provide L1/L2 support globally across APAC, EMEA, and AMER, interact with trading communities and vendors, and drive continuous improvements through automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of support experience
• Experience in Linux/Unix administration (RHEL/CentOS/OEL preferred)
• Proficiency in Python, Bash scripting
• Experience with Infrastructure automation (Chef, Puppet or Ansible)
• Experience with Kafka or like messaging buses

Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring and L1/L2 support across all services
• Quickly react to outages to maintain highly available environment
• Identify, analyze, and correct alerts issues or escalate
• Oversee automated processes, scheduled jobs, and regular reports
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements via automation
