Description

You will serve as a high-level lead on our mechanical engineering team, designing HVAC systems for large-scale buildings in sectors like education, healthcare, and sports. You'll oversee design, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure quality and budget goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Current PE license in the US required
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering and Life Safety Codes
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Perform and direct complex design of ductwork, piping, and HVAC equipment selection
• Interface with clients and design team; attend OAC meetings
• Oversee and mentor less experienced engineering staff
• Prepare Revit/BIM modeling for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Participate in QAQC, value engineering, and staff development
