• Manage Cato's global localization strategy end to end
• Own all non-English marketing collateral and SEO
• Track and optimize localization KPIs and ROI
• Coordinate international vendors and internal stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Experience with localization platforms like Smartling or Phrase
• Hands-on management of multilingual CMS environments
• Familiarity with website localization workflows and SEO
• Experience with AI-powered translation tools is a plus
