You'll ensure tax compliance and integrity for a global digital financial platform, directly impacting financial transparency and scalability across the US. This role stands out for its ownership of complex multi-jurisdictional tax operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead federal and state direct tax compliance including estimated payments and apportionment
• Manage tax filing calendar and payment deadlines across all jurisdictions
• Prepare ASC 740 footnotes, ETR reconciliation, and deferred tax analysis
• Serve as focal point for tax audits and maintain SOX control environment

📋 Requirements

• Effective Tax Rate Reconciliation experience under ASC 740
• Experience with financial institution tax compliance (e.g., Forms 1099, 1042, FATCA)
• Background in SOX internal controls design and execution
• Tax project management capability including transfer pricing coordination

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA licensure
• Proficiency in Corptax, OneSource, or Bloomberg Tax
