💼 About This Role

You'll join IMA's IT team to provide on-site desktop support and AV setup. You'll be the single point of contact for resolving end-user hardware and software issues. This role offers a chance to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve end-user desktop and application problems.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage end-user support requests in the Help Desk ticketing system.
• Provide meeting room audio/visual support.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating within an ITIL-aligned IT service management environment.
• 4-5 years’ current Microsoft desktop operating system and applications experience.
• 4-5 years’ experience in a service desk or help desk environment.
• CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent work experience.
