πΌ About This Role
You'll join IMA's IT team to provide on-site desktop support and AV setup. You'll be the single point of contact for resolving end-user hardware and software issues. This role offers a chance to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on customer service.
π― What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve end-user desktop and application problems.
- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Manage end-user support requests in the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Provide meeting room audio/visual support.
π Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating within an ITIL-aligned IT service management environment.
- 4-5 yearsβ current Microsoft desktop operating system and applications experience.
- 4-5 yearsβ experience in a service desk or help desk environment.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent work experience.
