🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEM stakeholders across teams.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for integration issues.
• Define and optimize collaboration and support processes.
• Oversee end-to-end integration topics ensuring stability and performance.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical account management or integration engineering.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience working with cross-functional and external partner organizations.

• Interest or background in IoT, energy systems, or hardware domains.
• Mandarin language skills.
• Hands-on experience with inverters, EV chargers, or heat pumps.
