Description

You will develop and execute strategies to increase Natera's women's health testing in IDNs, large hospital systems, and academic medical centers. You'll build relationships with senior-level stakeholders and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years physician sales in diagnostic lab, preferably genetics
  • 3+ years strategic sales or consulting in diagnostic lab
  • Demonstrated success in developing new markets and launching new products
  • Market knowledge in reproductive health preferred

Responsibilities

  • Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and Lab Partners to use Natera's women's health tests
  • Develop relationships within OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs
  • Implement EMR and UX tools to drive product growth
  • Develop and execute business plans aligning with sales goals
  • Collaborate with Clinical Field Specialist team to maximize partnerships
