You will own health plan enrollment applications for Medicaid and Commercial payors, ensuring timely approval. You'll communicate with providers, track progress in Salesforce, and resolve credentialing delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years working in health plan enrollment preferred
• Experience with Medicaid enrollment preferred
• Work authorized in the US with native or bilingual English proficiency
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Complete health plan enrollment applications for group and individual submissions across Medicaid and Commercial payors
• Communicate directly with providers to gather necessary credentialing information
• Follow up on outstanding enrollments via phone, email, and portal
• Monitor application progress and propose solutions for resolving delays and rejections
• Track application progress and follow-ups in Salesforce
