Description
You will lead and grow a full-funnel sales team in Australia, coaching SDRs and AEs to drive acquisition growth across key verticals. You'll own performance metrics, forecasts, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize go-to-market motion.
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience in high-velocity SaaS or technology sales targeting SMBs
- 2+ years leadership experience managing ICs and people leaders
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent
- Data-driven and operationally minded with strong analytical skills
- High EQ and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire team of SDRs and AEs focused on verticals
- Drive performance against KPIs and monthly quotas for outreach, pipeline, and closed-won revenue
- Deliver sales coaching and training in outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, and closing
- Lead hiring and development of sales talent
- Build and execute strategic plans to scale sales function
