Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience in high-velocity SaaS or technology sales targeting SMBs
  • 2+ years leadership experience managing ICs and people leaders
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent
  • Data-driven and operationally minded with strong analytical skills
  • High EQ and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire team of SDRs and AEs focused on verticals
  • Drive performance against KPIs and monthly quotas for outreach, pipeline, and closed-won revenue
  • Deliver sales coaching and training in outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, and closing
  • Lead hiring and development of sales talent
  • Build and execute strategic plans to scale sales function
