You'll serve as strategic legal partner to the U.S. commercial and medical affairs organization at a late-stage global biopharmaceutical company. You'll guide advertising, promotional, and regulatory compliance for upcoming rare disease product launches, including apitegromab for SMA.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Advise on advertising and promotional messaging and materials
- Review interactions with external stakeholders including patients and physicians
- Provide legal guidance on patient support programs and market access
- Collaborate on compliance with healthcare laws and company policies
๐ Requirements
- J.D. from accredited law school
- 15+ years of legal experience with biopharma leadership
- Deep familiarity with FDA advertising and promotion compliance
- Rare disease product launch experience
