You'll serve as strategic legal partner to the U.S. commercial and medical affairs organization at a late-stage global biopharmaceutical company. You'll guide advertising, promotional, and regulatory compliance for upcoming rare disease product launches, including apitegromab for SMA.

  • Advise on advertising and promotional messaging and materials
  • Review interactions with external stakeholders including patients and physicians
  • Provide legal guidance on patient support programs and market access
  • Collaborate on compliance with healthcare laws and company policies

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • J.D. from accredited law school
  • 15+ years of legal experience with biopharma leadership
  • Deep familiarity with FDA advertising and promotion compliance
  • Rare disease product launch experience
