🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard and service petrol and gas station merchants
• Manage and motivate a team of 5 or more sales representatives
• Drive merchant acquisition through QR and POS products
• Achieve sales and incentive targets through team performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution
• Proven experience in team management
• Must own a smartphone, bike, and helmet
• Proficiency in Excel and other sales data tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Good understanding of local market and merchant ecosystem
• Prior Channel Sales role with team of at least 5 members
• Post Graduation preferred
