You'll have full ownership of the AI agent lifecycle from pilot through launch and ongoing refinement, collaborating with decision-makers at leading enterprises.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating production systems at scale
• Builder's mentality with high personal agency
• Proven technical problem-solving in loosely defined environments
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems in production preferred
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or Go is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic systems that measurably outperform human operators
• Build agents handling nuanced customer interactions across CX use cases
• Design reusable agent frameworks for different industries
• Drive design partnerships for new product directions and agent architectures
• Pioneer integration of emerging voice models into enterprise deployments
