You'll work under a Project Supervisor to provide litigation support, including complex legal research and drafting legal documents for a large federal agency. Your core impact will be assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation and ensuring high-quality work under pressure. This role offers the chance to contribute to government innovation and grow professionally within a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Perform complex legal research for trial staff
  • Assist in preparing draft legal documents such as motions and briefs
  • Cite check using Westlaw, Lexis, and Bluebook
  • Review and research Release of Information (ROI)

📋 Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or completion of at least one year at an ABA-accredited law school
  • Working knowledge of federal and state court systems
  • Experience with legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw
  • Hands-on familiarity with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and imaging

  • Experience with Relativity
  • Publication of legal writings
